How do I pay?+
Cash on delivery, nationwide, sent with TCS. You pay when the parcel is in your hands — no advance, no bank transfer required.
How long does delivery take?+
Ready pieces dispatch within 1 working day and typically arrive in 2–4 days. Made-to-order and bridal pieces take 7–10 days on the bench before dispatch.
What if the size is wrong?+
Size exchanges are free within 7 days. Send it back, we resize or remake, and return it the same week.
Is it really solid silver?+
Yes — every piece is hallmarked 925 sterling silver. Nothing is plated and nothing is hollow. Polish it decades from now and it comes back to new.
Can you make something custom?+
That is most of what we do. Send a photo, a sketch or a description on WhatsApp and you will have a quote within a day.
